The Red Bull team is experiencing significant transformation and challenging times. Over the past 18 months, key figures such as Christian Horner, Jonathan Wheatley, and Helmut Marko have left the team. Now, new leader Laurent Mekies is trying to stabilize the situation.
The 2026 season has started poorly for the Bulls, currently sitting only 6th in the Constructors' Championship after three rounds, stuck firmly in the midfield.
Former Formula 1 driver Ralf Schumacher believes Red Bull currently appears somewhat chaotic and has lost its appeal: "We need to be honest and admit that Red Bull is not an attractive team in the current situation... The team is moving in all directions, there is no clear communication. They really miss Helmut Marko as a figure who set the direction."
And what about Max Verstappen? Despite serious problems and rumors of a possible move, Schumacher is convinced that Max will not leave the team at such a difficult time. "Leaving when the team and car are not working... That would be a kind of escape. It's not in his character. On the contrary, I believe it is important for him to personally bring the team back to the top."
What do you think? Can Max pull Red Bull out of this crisis and return them to the fight for victories?
